this hotel was nice comfy base for exploring kobe, enjoyed it. our small double room was big. near to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot.

There was no tea/coffee.

Restaurant Patrie is easy walk to the hotel. A subway station was not far from the property. Useful base for vacation in Kobe. We appreciated the fact that we chose piena kobe❤

Nice rooms, good breakfast, great location for our needs. Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Marutaka Chukasoba that was only 10 minutes' walk away...
